3D Printing Control System

3D printing control system covers SLA/SLM/SLS and integrates software, axis controller, and laser scanner controller. Among them, the version 2.0 software has been updated by the team for many years featuring several exclusive algorithms, which are highly recognized on the market. The scanner and axis controller are specially upgraded for SLA/SLM. The 3D printing system provides a full set of solutions for users, simplifying the user installation and use difficulties for beginners, reducing the overall equipment cost, and significantly improving the installation efficiency and stability.

2.5D Engraving System

The 2.5D engraving system is equipped with the latest self-developed Ezcad3 software and the self-developed DLC2-M4-2D controller, 2D digital scanner, and stepping motor. Compared with traditional engraving, laser metal deep engraving can be applied in the deep engraving of dies, scutcheon, hardware, and other products with the advantages of no pollution, high precision, flexible engraving content, and complex engraving.

Polyscan System

The performance of polyscan system is excellent. It can be applied in various processing, such as a variety of ultra-speedy scalar scanning and integrated scanning, standard scanning systems, and custom multi-sided polyscan scanning systems. The laser beam passes through the X-axis motor and is reflected onto the polygon lens and then onto the F-theta lens to process the object. The polygon lens replaces the Y-axis scanning motor in the traditional scanner. The Y-axis scanning efficiency of polyscan system is extremely high due to the speedy linear speed of polygon lens.
